These very special
Plates are painted to order. Hours of work goes into
each plate. The process begins with sketching each
design on the bisque. Each piece is then painted with
several coats of non-toxic under glaze and finally
personalized according to your specifications. Due to
the nature of hand painted ceramics, minor flaws and slight
changes in color may occur.
These plates are food
safe. Hand washing is recommended to extend the
life of the piece. Plates can be used in the microwave
for warming food providing it's not coming from the cold
refrigerator. Sharp utensils may cause scratching over
time.

Once an order has been started, no refunds can be given. We
do not accept returns on custom items. If an error was made on our part, we will
be happy to repaint and expedite shipping to replace the item. Please double
check all information given and report any errors immediately.

Current turn-around time is 4 weeks creation plus ship time via Fed Ex Ground
from Franklin, TN.
